There are three good resources for identifying members of Congress by State and District:

NRLN Capwiz Elected Officials (http://capwiz.com/abtr/dbq/officials/ ) webpages provide the options of searching for a U.S. Representative or U.S. Senator by typing in a zip code, last name or by clicking on a State on the USA Map.   There is also a link to a "Congressional Directory" that can be browsed alphabetically.

Contacting The Congress (http://www.contactingthecongress.org/ )website allows you to find members of Congress by clicking on a USA Map or search by your address, zip code and/or City and State. A number of staff members names are normally listed. add  This site provides location and contact information for Washington DC and local offices.

Congressional District Maps (http://nationalatlas.gov/printable/congress.html ) website allows you to create a state map for the Congressional Districts of any state or individual Congressional District in the USA by simply scrolling down and clicking on the desired state or district listed under the name of the state.
